From Paris with Love...
The highlight of the press tour was definately Paris. I'd spent many a romantic day out, visiting the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre museum and little cafe's in La Marais. The only thing missing was Rob. I'd barely seen him the whole time we were there. The main press event was rather exciting though, despite spending a lot of time in the background, I was constantly being plied with expensive champagne, and the new Louboutin's certainly cheered me up.
It just wouldn've been nice to hear the words "You look amazing Eve" instead of "I'm so sorry about this baby. I hope you're not bored."
Bored was an understatment!

He liked her like this. Completely at ease and comfortable with him. No Chanel pumps, no handbags that cost the same as a car...and her liked her even more with no make up. The only decadance about her now was the single pearl necklace which hung around her neck, contrasting perfectly against the soft white fabric of his favourite v-neck t-shirt.
She looked the most beautiful she'd ever been in the short time that he'd know. Her feet were folded up underneath her as she tucked into a fresh batch of Singapore noodles, engrosed in the goings on between Leo DiCaprio and Mark Wahlberg.
Jackson reclined comfortably back on the bed, watching her as she placed her noodles to one side and got to her feet, pottering about the room in her sheepskin slippers, grabbing two beers from the mini bar and handing one to him with a warm smile.

Over Coffee
"Hey, hows it goin'?" He asked, coming to a halt at her table outside the cafe. "I almost didn't recognise you. You're not in your parka and boots."
It was true, she'd definately made the effort to dress in something other than practical attire suitable for film sets. Instead she'd opted for her favourite comfy skinnies and her trusty over-sized cable knit cardigan. It was her 'go to' item when she was embarking upon a long haul flight, however, today it suited a chilly Vancouver afternoon quite well. And finally, her Louboutin flats, every city girl's staple item.
"I didn't know you smoked," Jackson remarked at the packet of Vogue super slim's resting next to her espresso.
"I don't. I just like the smell. Reminds me of Paris...as does the espresso," she replied with a smile, slipping her wayfarers from her nose.
"If I'd know you were out here I wouldn't have got my coffee fix round the corner at Starbucks..."

I liked when he watched me get ready in the mornings because, I knew he'd be right there waiting for me when I returned from work. It was gonna be a busy day in the studio today, with less than a week til the show at the Bryant Park tents, I was up with the lark and grabbed a coffee and croissant on my way. It was nice having him around while he was filming 'Remember Me' my sheets would always smell like his aftershave when he was gone.

The Break Up

The Break Up
I got an earlier flight than planned back to London, and was now staying at my sister's place in Notting Hill. I spent most day's watching soppy films, or zombie flicks with the company of her new puppy, Alfie. Evenings were soaked with vodka and red wine, and filled with the sounds of Chaka Khan and Celine Dion.
It hurt like hell to be away from him, but it hurt even more to know that I was the one who'd messed things up...and walked away.

Life is a catwalk. Everyday is a different runway show. I wouldn't be seen dead even in the supermarket without atleast accessorising first.

Christmas Cosiness
It was a surprsingly bright December morning, and instead of jumping straight into my errands for the day, I decided to sit back and indulge for a little while, drinking Twining's Hot Chocolate, and nibbling on a few Lebkuchen biscuits. Yum!

I bumped into him that morning in the library, sifting through the political history section. I was laden down with the classics and art theory manuscripts, while avoiding studying by doodling in my Moleskine cahier. It was a fleeting 'Hi' and 'Goodbye' that morning but, I had a sneaking suspicion we'd meet again sometime in the day, as he kept conviniently appearing at the end of whichever bookcase I happened to be scanning at the time.
